Support Services is a scalable service depending on the customers resource needs. This Service is defined and controlled via a support agreement to ensure customer a fast and easy professional support when needed. The Support Services also include many communication channels that make it possible for MOPSsys to work close to customers.
Our Support Services are:
Customers with valid support agreement - MOPS systems owner or the MOPS System Manager can contact our support desk at office hours.
