MOPS basic support includes: telephone and email accessibility during normal office hours, system advice, minor releases, configuration consultation, topical newsletters, and special invitations to MOPS User Group conferences.

Besides our basic support services, we also have 24 hour support services. Our 24 hour service provides guaranteed turnaround time. That means, we will answer your call or return it within a guaranteed time frame from your initial query at anytime of the day in any time zone.

MOPS Systems is continuously developing new products and enhancing current applications. As part of your support agreement, you will receive minor releases free of charge. You will also receive our advice on your specific requirements to upgrade if that’s required.

MOPS training is available all year around on all our modules. It’s available at our offices in Vancouver, Canada and Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. Additionally, arrangements can be made to provide MOPS training at the mill site.

Configuration consultation is part of our basic support services. Requests to carry out configuration are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Bug fixes and minor releases are all part of our ongoing support services and are free of charge.

Our help desk sends you a ticket number that you can use to follow up on your issues. They will correspond by email or phone to ensure that your problems are fixed. Our help desk is always available during regular office hours.

We suggest that a system audit be done once a year. This entails a MOPS specialist going to your site and reviewing the state of your system. A follow up report will be issued making suggestions on maintenance, updates and ways to do things better. Additionally, it’d be an opportune time to do some training for your mill.

Come to our annual MOPS User Group (MUG) conference where you can meet users from around the world. MUG gives you direct access to our developers so that you can see what’s coming but also for you to encourage developments that can help your mill.
