Eurocon MOPSsys are currently in an expansive phase, developing our next generation of Process Information Management System – MOPSTM. We are located in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden and Vancouver, Canada serving our 120 customers in 19 countries worldwide. Our dynamic- and scalable system have been developed and deliveries for over 30-years, with very long relationship with our customers as a result that we are very proud of. To fulfill our plans we need to strengthen the Development team in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden.
The job
As Senior System Developer you will play an very important and leading role for development of our next generation of MOPS 4. based on the latest technology for webbased applications meeting the IT trends of tomorrow (Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet).
We expect you have
- good written and spoken Swedish and English. Software product is mainly in English for our customers
- many years of experience of software development of products for end-users
- experience of leading a team of developers
- experience in working with desktop and/or web development tools and technologies
- experience in working with Microsoft development tools (C#/.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, Python and C++) Relational databases and SQL or comparable experience in other platform
- experience in working with Microsoft products and environments
- knowledge and experience of SCRUM, agile and test driven development
- interest in Pulp & Paper or similar process industry
- understanding for the importance of security, testing, documenting and quality are in the product development.
